  • Kids Fundamentals (Level 1 & 2 )

    • 3-7 year olds: Tuesdays & Thursdays ( 3:45pm - 4:30pm )

      This is our youngest age group, and it's the perfect opportunity to introduce your child to the world of Jiu Jitsu. The program focuses on fun activities and games designed to teach foundational movements and instill the core principles of Jiu Jitsu in an engaging and age-appropriate way. It's a great starting point for young students to develop skills and discipline while having fun.

    • 8-14 year olds: Tuesdays & Thursdays ( 4:30pm - 5:15pm )

      This program is designed for our more experienced young practitioners, typically ages 8 –14, who are ready to build upon their foundational Jiu Jitsu skills and advance to more technical training. At this stage, students begin to focus on developing a deeper understanding of core Jiu Jitsu concepts such as leverage, balance, and positioning. The curriculum includes age-appropriate drills, controlled sparring, and technique breakdowns, all while encouraging teamwork, discipline, and respect. This class provides a fun yet challenging environment where students refine their skills, learn the importance of strategy, and gain confidence in their abilities, setting them up for success as they continue to grow in their Jiu Jitsu journey.

    • Monday - Friday ( 5:15pm - 6:15pm ) & Saturdays (10am-11am )

      The Advanced Kids Jiu Jitsu program is tailored for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their skills to the next level. Designed for ages 10–14, this class focuses on refining advanced techniques, improving positional control, and developing a deeper strategic understanding of Jiu Jitsu. Students will engage in more complex drills, dynamic sparring, and situation-based training that challenges their technical proficiency, timing, and adaptability. Emphasis is placed on mastering submissions, sweeps, escapes, and transitions, while also fostering a strong understanding of when and how to apply different techniques in live sparring scenarios. The program encourages mental toughness, self-confidence, and leadership skills, creating a supportive environment where young athletes learn to push their limits, set goals, and work through challenges. With a focus on discipline, respect, and sportsmanship, this program prepares students for higher levels of competition and further advancement in their Jiu Jitsu journey.

    • Kids Competition Program

      The Competition Team program is a high-intensity class designed for dedicated young athletes who are focused on competitive Jiu Jitsu. This class is for students who consistently train and compete, pushing themselves to reach their full potential in tournaments. To remain in this program, students must demonstrate a strong commitment to both their training and competition schedules. New competitors who show promise and meet the program’s standards are also welcome to join. In this class, training is specifically tailored to replicate the high-pressure environment of a competition. Students will engage in intense drills, scenario-based sparring, and strategy sessions that emphasize speed, precision, and mental toughness. Instructors will guide athletes through competition-specific techniques and tactics, preparing them not only for success on the mat but also for the mental challenges that come with competing at a high level. This program is ideal for young competitors who are serious about advancing in the sport and looking to take their skills to the next level.

  • Adult All Program

    • Mornings: Mondays - Wednesdays - Fridays ( 10:00am - 11:00am )

    • Evenings: Monday - Friday (6:30pm - 7:30pm ) & Saturdays (11am-12:00pm)

      Our Adults All-Level Jiu Jitsu program is designed to welcome practitioners of all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced competitors. Whether you’re just starting your Jiu Jitsu journey or looking to refine your skills, this class offers a supportive and challenging environment for everyone. Beginners will learn the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu, including basic techniques, self-defense, and body mechanics, while more experienced students will have the opportunity to sharpen their existing skills and explore advanced techniques. The program emphasizes both individual growth and teamwork, encouraging students to progress at their own pace while building confidence, discipline, and fitness. Classes include a mix of technique drills, live sparring, and situational training, ensuring that all students can work on their specific goals—whether it’s mastering a submission, improving positional control, or preparing for competition. With a focus on safety, respect, and camaraderie, this class is ideal for anyone looking to get in shape, improve their Jiu Jitsu skills, or challenge themselves in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.Adult Beginners Program

      Our Judo program, led by Sensei Melvin, is designed for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Judo is a dynamic martial art that emphasizes throws. Our program focuses on building a strong foundation while developing the skills needed for more advanced techniques. Sensei Melvin, with his years of experience and deep knowledge of Judo, creates a welcoming and supportive environment where students can progress at their own pace, while also being challenged to improve.

      In this program, beginners will learn the essential principles of Judo, including proper falling techniques (ukemi), balance, gripping, and basic throws, while advanced students will have the opportunity to refine their techniques and engage in live sparring (randori) to test their skills in real-time scenarios. Sensei Melvin places a strong emphasis on discipline, respect, and sportsmanship, ensuring that each class is not only physically demanding but also mentally enriching. Whether you are looking to get fit, learn self-defense, or prepare for competition, this class provides the perfect environment to grow in Judo.

      With Sensei Melvin's expert guidance, students of all levels will gain confidence, enhance their coordination, and develop a deeper understanding of the art of Judo, while building lasting friendships and camaraderie on the mat.
